Peter Godwin - Head of Training Peter is our Head of Training and has been involved with professional flight training for the past 35 years. He has personally trained numerous candidates for the CPL/ATPL Instrument Rating, CPL Skill Test and the Flying Instructor Courses. Peter is not only an Instrument Rating and Type Rating Examiner but also a member of the CAA Panel of Examiners, an Authorised Examiner and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation.

Mark is our Chief Engineer and has specialised in light aircraft since leaving college in 1988. He passed his Aeroplanes 1 and Piston Engines Engineering Licence in 1993. Type Ratings include AWN 10 para 5.5 covering all unpressurised metal aeroplanes and pressurised metal not exceeding 5700 kgs MTWA, AWN 10 para 6.3 covering piston engines in aeroplanes and AWN 10 para 15 covering Compass Compensation and Adjustment. Mark passed his Private Pilot's Licence in 1989 and has maintained over 50 types including some Vintage, Aerobatic and Warbird aeroplanes.

Jo is the CEO. She has been working in the aviation industry for the past nineteen years (16 years at Bonus). Jo is responsible for the day to day flying programme, the smooth running of the Operations Department, creating brochures and general secretarial work. She is also the Quality Auditor at Bonus Aviation.

Robert Spencer - Deputy Chief Flying Instructor

Robert works alongside Peter Godwin and is employed as our Deputy Chief Flying Instructor.  Robert has been with us for many years and not only does he teach MEP, CPL and IR but is also our FI Instructor and is also an examiner.  Rob is also an IR 170A signatory.

Ronald Wall - Operations/Flight Instructor

Having completed his CPL training with ourselves Ronald decided that he would like to train for his instructor rating.  Since completion of his instructor rating Ronald has been employed with Bonus Aviation and has become very popular with his students.  In June 2010 he qualified as an FIC and is now teaching Flight Instructor Courses.  When not flying, Ronald assists Jo with the running of the Operations Department at Bonus Aviation.
