Holders of a valid ICAO Multi Engine Instrument Rating wishing to convert to a JAR Instrument Rating will need to undergo the following conversion training :-

1. Complete a minimum of 15 hours I/R Flight Instruction, of which up to 5 hours may be conducted in an FNTP1 Simulator.
   
   
2. Pass a 170A Flight Test.
   
   
3. Pass the JAR Instrument Rating Skill Test.
   
   
4. Pass the JAR I/R or ATPL Theoretical Examinations prior to completing the above flight training.
